Synopsis[]

The police knocks on Dr. Tenma's door and wake him up to inform him that doctors Udo Heinemann, Oppenheimer and Boyer were dead.

The press stands outside of Eisler Memorial Hospital to try to get the news on the killings when Tenma arrives. When he makes it in it is all a chaos: people are waiting to be operated on, police wants an initial report on the case and the twins have escaped.

At Udo Heinemann's funeral Tenma is standing with Dr. Becker while Eva is crying inconsolably. Dr. Becker and Tenma are walking away from the funeral when they are stopped by Inspectors Egon Weißbach and Heinrich Lunge.

Junkers is brought to Eisler Memorial Hospital. Inspector Lunge, who is investigating the case in which Junkers is involved, also arrives to the hospital and meets Tenma, who is about to do surgery on Junkers. Lunge informs Tenma about him still working to solve the Eisler Memorial Hospital murders.
