Five Sugars is the eighteenth episode of the anime.
Short Summary[]
Nina reminisces about her past job at an Italian restaurant and her marksmanship training. During this time, she discovers a surprising secret about her boss, Mr. Rosso. Motivated by her quest to find Johan, she decides to leave her job and continue her search.
Summary[]
After being interrogated by the police regarding the fire in the Turkish district, Nina meets with Mr. Rosso, who picks her up from the police station. They go for dinner and Nina notes that Rosso still adds five spoonfuls of sugar to his coffee.
Nina remembers when she was hired by Rosso to work at his Italian restaurant. Nina's beauty and enthusiasm attracted a lot of customers to the restaurant who packed the place. Nina tells Rosso that she practices shooting during her free time. Back then, Nina used the name Anna to cover her identity.
Back to the present, Nina explains to Rosso that she found out he was a contract killer and she thought he could train her to find and kill Johan. Rosso tells Nina that he decided to retire during a job. Rosso saw his mark put five spoonfuls of sugar into his coffee, which triggered something inside him and he decided not to shoot.
Nina and Rosso go the the train station, where Nina tells Rosso she has to leave to go in a chase after Johan.
