Otto Heckel (オットー・ヘッケル, Ottō Hekkeru?) is a professional burglar and conman who bumped into Kenzō Tenma while thieving in Congressman Springer's home. Although preoccupied with money, Heckel proved to be a very useful person to Tenma because of his talent in finding information on people.
