Terner Poppe (テルナー・ポッペ, Terunā Poppe?) was a German communist and a prominent figure in the Czech resistance during World War II. He was the father of Franz Bonaparta and another son whose name is unknown, and through the latter would have been the grandfather of Johan Liebert and Nina Fortner.
He does not appear in the manga or anime, and is only mentioned in the novel Another Monster.
