Wolf's Confession is the sixteenth episode of the anime.
Plot
Otto and Dieter have an argument over Otto planning to steal a rug from a Turkish antique store. They separate and Dieter is found by Ayse's friend, who invites him for dinner. They talk about how Ayse was kidnapped by some people over at Candy and Ayse explains that an Asian man was hit by a car. Dieter suspects it is Tenma.
A beaten up Tenma learns that General Wolf is going to meet with The Baby and the others in the group, also The Baby is informed that the crew is ready to start the fire in the Turkish district. Dieter goes looking for Tenma into Candy but he is dragged down to the basement by some of The Baby's men.
At the mansion, Nina founds Ayse has been killed. She also finds Günther Goedelitz and few of his men dead.
Tenma is brought to Wolf who explains that he is only involved with the ultra right-wing organization due to a matter of convenience. Wolf tells that he gave Johan his name and how he found the twins at the Czechoslovakian border. Wolf shows Tenma a new message that Johan wrote on the wall and asks Kenzo to find and kill Johan.
Dieter goes back to the city to try to warn people about the plan to set the Turkish district on fire, but he and Otto are captured by a group of skinheads. Nina gets to the top of a buiding where Johan has left another message.
